User Feedback & Iteration
User feedback was instrumental in refining ElMomawel’s design. Initial testing revealed issues with navigation clarity and visual hierarchy, leading us to simplify the interface and emphasize key actions. Based on user preferences, we also adapted the design for Arabic RTL flow and switched from pie to bar charts for better financial data readability. These insights guided several iterations, enhancing usability and aligning the experience with user expectations.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design process across both web and mobile platforms. My role included conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and ensuring seamless RTL (Right-to-Left) localization. I collaborated closely with developers to implement responsive designs, led usability testing sessions to gather feedback, and iterated on the interface to align with user needs and business goals.
