User Feedback & Iteration

User feedback played a key role in refining the app’s usability. Early testing revealed that users desired quicker access to frequent actions like sending money and viewing balances. In response, we simplified the dashboard layout, added quick-action buttons, and improved the visual hierarchy for better readability. Feedback also led to enhancing biometric login flows and optimizing transaction filters. These iterations significantly improved user satisfaction and reduced friction across core tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Lead UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for shaping the overall user experience and visual design of the mobile app. My tasks included conducting user research, designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive interface for key features like money transfers, bill payments, and transaction tracking. I worked closely with developers to implement a responsive, mobile-first design, and iterated on the product based on usability feedback to enhance clarity, trust, and ease of use.
