Manzilik is a digital platform for discovering and shopping home furniture and décor, designed to serve users across web and mobile devices. The goal was to create an intuitive, visually appealing, and seamless shopping experience tailored for the MENA region. The design focused on simplifying product discovery, enhancing the browsing experience with clean UI and smart filters, and integrating Arabic RTL support. The final result balanced aesthetics with usability to help users find and purchase products with ease and confidence.

Project Overview
User feedback was essential in refining the Manzilik platform. Early usability testing revealed that users found it difficult to navigate category pages and expected more localized content. In response, we restructured the navigation, improved filter usability, and incorporated Arabic-specific design considerations such as RTL alignment and culturally relevant imagery. Iterative feedback also led to simplifying the checkout flow and enhancing mobile performance, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly shopping experience.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for the full design lifecycle across both web and mobile platforms. This included conducting user research, creating user flows and wireframes, designing high-fidelity mockups, and ensuring seamless RTL support for Arabic users. I collaborated closely with developers to maintain design consistency and responsiveness, led usability testing sessions, and iterated on the design based on user feedback to optimize the shopping experience.
