WeVPN is a privacy-focused VPN service that offers secure, fast, and user-friendly internet access. The goal of the website redesign was to clearly communicate WeVPN’s value proposition, simplify plan comparison, and drive conversions through a clean, modern interface. Designed with performance and clarity in mind, the site features optimized layouts for both desktop and mobile, engaging illustrations, and a clear information hierarchy to help users understand privacy features and choose the right plan with confidence.

Project Overview
User feedback was central to shaping the final WeVPN website. After launching the initial concept, usability testing and heatmap analysis revealed that users struggled to differentiate between plans and understand key feature benefits. In response, we restructured the pricing section for clearer comparison, added visual cues to highlight unique selling points, and optimized performance across devices. Iterative feedback also led to refining CTA placements and simplifying the homepage messaging, resulting in a more focused and conversion-friendly user experience.

As the UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for translating WeVPN’s brand identity into a functional and conversion-focused website experience. I created responsive web layouts, developed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborated with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. My responsibilities also included optimizing the user journey, refining the pricing and features pages, and incorporating user feedback through iterative design improvements to boost engagement and clarity.
